Program: Photoshop Elements 3 with add ons
Notes: Includes Selective colouring, can be translated

1)Crop your base to 700 * 400

2) Place into a file of the same size

3) Sharpen (Filters - sharpen)



4) Merge Layers

5) Colour balance layer
Shadows: 16, 12, 21
Midtones:-27,-21,-10
Highlights: 13, 11, -13



6) Selective colour layer
Red all -100
Yellow all -100
Neutrals -33, -3, 12, 14



7)Add this texture by and set to screen

8)Add this texture and set to darken

9)You can add extra text or brushes depending on your celebrity, then merge all layers, and your done
